Each of our dishes is inspired by the idea of bringing Sumter bold, fresh Tex-Mex flavors—blended with coastal seafood, oak-grilled smoke, and elevated takes on traditional Mexican favorites. From oysters on the half shell and seared scallops to oak-grilled ribeye and smoked short ribs, our menu offers a balance of vibrant coastal influences and rich, wood-fired perfection. Every plate is crafted with care, combining fresh ingredients and thoughtful technique to create food that’s as inviting as it is flavorful.
